Who we are

LB Store is a marketplace for handmade products made in Lebanon. Contact: support@trycarto.com.

What we collect

• Customers: name, phone number, delivery address and order history — used to process and deliver your orders, power order tracking, rewards and product ratings.
• Vendors: name, email, phone, business details, payout (Whish) account number, product listings and photos — used to run your store, route orders and pay you out.
• Messages: customer–vendor chats are stored to provide the messaging feature and are moderated to remove personal contact details.
• Photos: images you choose to upload (product photos, logos). We never access your photo library beyond what you pick.
• Push tokens: a device token if you enable notifications (orders, messages, account updates).

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
• We do not store card numbers — payments are settled via Whish transfers outside the app.

Sharing

Order details (name, address, phone) are shared with the vendor fulfilling your order and our delivery partner (Aramex) solely to deliver it. Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) process data on our behalf.

Retention & your rights

We keep data as long as your account is active or as needed for order records. Email us to access, correct or delete your data — vendor accounts and customer data are deleted on request.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13.
