Delete your account

Applies to the LB Store app and the LB Vendor app.

Vendors (LB Vendor app)

Sign in to the LB Vendor app or vendor.lbstoreapp.com, open Profile → Account → Delete account, and confirm with your password. This permanently closes your store: your profile, products and customer orders are removed from the apps.

Customers (LB Store app)

Email us at support@trycarto.com from the address or phone number linked to your orders and ask us to delete your data. We delete customer data on request.

What is deleted & retention

Profile details, product listings and message threads are removed from the apps immediately. Order and payout records may be retained where required for financial record-keeping, then deleted.
