Super Vendor programme · full brief

Fill your shelves with
Lebanese brands. Pay nothing
until they sell.

You give shelf space. Lebanese brands deliver their products to you on consignment. You sell them at your counter on a free register, keep your margin, and pay each brand only for what actually sold. Your own goods stay entirely yours — LB takes nothing on them, ever.

The money

One rate. Fifteen percent.

Every brand on LB pays the same way, and it doesn't change by category, by season, or by how well they're selling. What changes is only whether they're on your shelves.

You earn on their app orders too. A brand you carry pays 30% on everything they sell, wherever they sell it — so when a customer orders from them on the app, your 15% lands the same as it does at your counter. Carrying them is what put them in front of that customer.

Your own products: you keep 100%. LB takes nothing on anything you own — not now, not later. Card fees are whatever your processor charges; we add nothing.

You set your own prices. You can price a brand's product above or below what they set, to run a promotion or match a neighbour. Your mark-up is entirely yours — LB takes no share of it. A discount you fund comes out of your 15%, never out of the brand's 70%, so you can move on price without renegotiating with anyone.
Your numbers

What this is worth to you.

Move the sliders to your own expectations. This is margin on stock you never paid for — the only thing you invested is shelf space and the minute it takes to scan a delivery in.

  • No purchase order, no upfront cost, no dead stock on your books
  • Slow sellers go back to the brand — you're never stuck with them
  • Your own sales are untouched: the register is free and takes no cut

It makes no difference to what you earn — you get 15% either way. That's the point of the slider.

How stock arrives

The brands supply you directly.

LB is not a warehouse standing between you and the brands — it's the system that connects you. Each brand delivers its own products to your store and manages that relationship in the LB Partner app. LB Store supplies you the same way, as one more independent brand among them.

1

You choose the brands

Browse the partner catalog — every brand in the network, their products, photos and retail prices. Request what suits your shop. Nothing lands on your shelf that you didn't ask for.

2

The brand delivers

They arrange delivery to your store and mark it dispatched in their app. No standing schedule to manage — deliveries follow what your shelves actually need.

3

You scan it in

Scan each item as it arrives; anything that doesn't match the delivery note is flagged on the spot. From that moment the stock is on your shelf in the system, and both sides see the same numbers.

4

Print labels and sell

Labels print in your own label size with a barcode that scans at your counter. Every sale is recorded against that brand automatically.

5

Low stock tells the brand, not you

When their product runs low on your shelf, the brand is notified and prepares the next delivery. You never chase anyone for a restock.

6

Slow sellers go home

Anything sitting too long shows up as aging stock. One tap sends it back to the brand — no negotiation, no dead inventory taking up your shelf.

Settlement

You keep the cash. You pay for what sold.

Money from your counter is yours from the moment it's taken — LB never holds it and never touches your account. Each sale of a consigned item records what you owe that brand, and you settle with them on a regular cycle from a statement both sides can see.

  • Nothing is owed on unsold stock — only on what actually rang through your register
  • Refunds reverse automatically, so you never pay for a sale that came back
  • Each brand has its own running statement — no single pooled figure to untangle
  • Settle by transfer with a payment code; it clears against the statement instantly

A day in the store

What actually changes for your staff.

☀️

Opening

Count the till, tap "start the day". Any online orders waiting for pickup are listed on the same screen.

🧾

Selling

Scan or tap. Cash, card or transfer. Print or text the receipt. Consigned items are recorded to their brand invisibly — your staff do nothing extra.

📥

A delivery arrives

Scan the items in, print labels, put them out. Two minutes, and the brand sees it confirmed on their side.

🌙

Closing

Blind cash count — the expected figure only appears after your staff enter theirs, so the count stays honest. Variances are recorded.

🔄

Shift changes

Hand the till over inside the app; the person taking it confirms with their badge or PIN, so every hour of the day has an owner.

📊

End of month

Statements per brand, your P&L, your balance sheet. Print or hand your accountant the PDF.

Online orders

The app sends customers to your door.

Your shop appears in the LB Store customer app with everything on your shelves. Customers can order for pickup at your store or same-day local delivery from it — which means someone who came for a $12 jar walks past everything else you sell.

  • Online stock and counter stock are the same numbers — no double-selling
  • An online sale reserves the item so your staff can't sell it from under the customer
  • Orders appear at the counter with a push notification; your team packs and marks them ready

Everyone has a badge

Staff sign in with a badge card or PIN. Every sale, refund and discount is recorded under the person who did it.

🔐

Roles that mean something

Employees ring sales. Managers unlock money screens, refunds and settings. You decide who is which.

📱

Every device at once

Run the register on as many phones, tablets and computers as you like, simultaneously — one shared inventory and till behind them.

💸

Discount limits

Cap what each person can discount, so generosity at the counter doesn't quietly eat your margin.

🏬

More than one location

Each counter keeps its own till and cash discipline while sharing stock and reporting across the business.

📶

Wifi drops? Keep selling

The register keeps working and catches up when the connection returns.

Launch plan

Live within two weeks.

1

Week 1 · Agree and set up

Sign the partner agreement, decide the shelf space and categories, and we switch on your register. Your own products are loaded and your staff get their badges.

2

Week 1 · Choose your brands

Go through the partner catalog and pick what fits your customers. We introduce you to the brands you want; each confirms and prepares a first delivery.

3

Week 2 · First deliveries and training

Stock arrives, you scan it in and label it. We train your team at the counter — it takes about an hour, because there isn't much to learn.

4

Week 2 · Go live

Your shop appears in the customer app, online orders start routing to you, and the first statements begin building.

5

Month 2 · Review and adjust

We look at what sold and what didn't, send the slow movers back, and bring in brands that suit your customers better. Adjusting the mix is the normal rhythm, not a failure.

What we ask of you

Our side of the bargain.

This only works if both sides are reliable, so here is exactly what we need — nothing hidden in the small print.

  • Shelf space your customers actually walk past, agreed up front
  • Ring every sale through the register — it's how brands get paid correctly and how your own numbers stay true
  • Scan deliveries in on arrival and raise discrepancies then and there
  • Count stock on the agreed cycle — minutes with the phone camera
  • Settle each brand's statement on time, the same way you'd pay any supplier
  • Respect retail pricing so the same product costs the same across the network
What you get

Ours.

  • Stock on your shelves with no purchase cost and no dead inventory risk
  • A full register and back office, free, on unlimited devices
  • Zero commission on everything you already sell
  • Access to a growing catalog of Lebanese brands, and the customers the app sends you
  • Setup, training and support from LB — a person, not a ticket queue
Questions you're probably about to ask

Straight answers.

What does this cost me?

Nothing. No fee for the register, no monthly charge, no cost for the stock until it sells. Your only investment is shelf space and a few minutes a week.

What if the products don't sell?

They go back to the brand. You owe nothing for unsold stock, ever — that's the point of consignment. We review the mix after the first month and swap what isn't working.

Do I have to use your register for my own products?

To take part, yes — the register is how consigned sales are recorded, and running two systems side by side would create exactly the discrepancies this is meant to avoid. In exchange it's free, it takes no cut of your own sales, and it replaces whatever you're paying for now.

Who sees my sales data?

Each brand sees only what happened to their own products on your shelf — units sold and what they're owed. They never see your other suppliers, your own product sales, your totals or your customers.

What if something is stolen or breaks?

Losses after you've received the stock are split evenly, 50/50, between you and the brand, and settled on the next statement. Nobody carries it alone.

Who decides prices?

The brand sets the retail price so their product costs the same everywhere in the network. Promotions are agreed with them rather than run unilaterally.

How often do I pay the brands?

On the agreed cycle against a statement you can both see line by line. You pay only for what sold, and refunds reverse automatically.

Can I leave?

Yes, on notice. Consigned stock goes back to its brands through the returns flow, you settle what sold, and that's that. There's no lock-in — the programme has to keep earning your shelf space.

What if I already have a POS?

Then you already know what you're paying for it. Ours is free, runs on hardware you own, takes no cut, and comes with a catalog of brands and an app pushing customers to your door.

Shall we walk your shop floor?

The fastest way to make this concrete is to stand in the shop, pick the shelf, and choose the first few brands together. We can have you selling within two weeks.
